- Maintain a clean-shaven look or a neatly trimmed beard.

- Enter the office with light smile and a calm demeanor.
- Prefer a firm handshake when greeting the interviewer.
- Be prepared to common interview question, such as:
- Introduce yourself
- Why do you want to leave your current job?
- What are your strength and weaknesses?
- Where di you see yourself in five years?
- Provide concise and straightforward answers. Keep your responses objective rather than subjective.
- For instance : Instead of saying, "I helped increase the company's profit by improving sales," state specific numbers like, "I increased sales from ₹8.25 Cr. in 2019 to ₹10.32 Cr. in 2023."
- Ask relevant questions, such as :
- Can you introduce the team I will be working with?
- What challenges might I face in this role?
- After the interview, send an email thanking the company for the opportunity.
- You must have patience for the reply, as interview decisions are not taken quickly. However, you should follow up and politely ask for updates via call after 1-2 days.
What You Should Avoid In An Interview :
- Avoid wearing jeans; always opt for formal attire.
- Do not consume refreshments like tobacco, pan, or chewing gum before or during the interview.
- Never speak negatively about your current company; it may lead the interviewer to doubt your discretion and professionalism.
- Deny from sharing confidential information about your current company, such as customer details, production figures, or sales data. These are considered trade secrets.
- If asked, politely reply : "Sorry Sir/Ma'am, I cannot disclose such details."
- Avoid rushing your responses. Take a moment to understand the question before replying.
